It may seem like a stupid thing to say, but it really is important to check the information that you give to shops on the street or online where you buy products from, and any delivery companies that you deal with.
Your contact details are how they stay in touch with you if there are any problems. Not bothering to give your email address or phone number might save you from any spam calls and emails, but you cannot be contacted if you don’t.
You can always opt out of receiving notifications of new products.
If your details change then you need to remember to update your details. At the very least you should give an up to date phone number.
The delivery driver can only contact you through your phone number.
Not updating your details may lead to disappointment and frustration!
